- Vinegar solution concentration: 20ml in 1 litre water
- Salt Solution concentration: 20gm in 1 litre
- 2 table spoon tamarind paste in 1 litre water
- Keep it for 10 minutes
- Wash repeatedly in fresh water
- Keep covered with cotton cloth in container
- Keep it in fridge
Coriander leaves
- Remove the root of coriander plant
- Before use soak in salt or vinegar solution
- Time:10 minutes for soaking
- Wash well in fresh water before use again
Ginger
- Wash repeatedly in fresh water
- make dry and keep in fridge
- Before use scrape the covering and wash well
Spinach, Celery leaves
- Cut and remove the route portion first
- Soak in salt/vinegar/tamarind solution
- After 10 minutes wash in fresh water
- Make dry and keep in fridge
Beans
- Scrub with soft scrub pad first in water
- keep 10 minutes to soak
- Use vinegar/tamarind solution
- Wash well in fresh water
- Make dry and keep in fridge
Ladies finger, Cucumber, Brinjal
- Scrub items with scrubber and wash
- Keep 10 minutes in salt/vinegar/tamarind solution
- Make it dry and keep in fridge
